Operating since 2021, TJ Home Support Services is a full-service health care relief agency providing qualified regulated and non-regulated staff for short and long-term needs. We provide regulated health professionals, and support staff. Once a Home Support Service contract is in place with a facility, our staff can be available in as quickly as two hours.

Our team of professionals includes 50 staff members in the GTA.

TJ Home Support Services is a valuable resource for hospitals and other medical facilities that face nursing challenges. We provide experienced staff at affordable rates 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

Qualified candidates are pre-screen to save you time and money. We can meet your short or long-term staffing needs, in any part of Ontario whether you are in Toronto, Niagara, or London to name a few cities we serve. Our agency has a large database of qualified, pre-screened nurses and personal support workers available to meet your unique needs.

The recruitment and retention of qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals have become the number one challenge your organization faces with respect to maintaining adequate, safe, and comprehensive healthcare services in your community. Temporary nurses sourced through our agency are a great way to alleviate many of the staffing pressures and challenges you may face.

Our staff currently comprises two main groups: professional nurses consisting of Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses, and certified caregivers which are the Personal Support Workers.

As members of TJ Home Support healthcare staff, both RNs and RPNs have basic core competence and clinical nursing expertise, effective English communication skills, and no less than one year of experience in the nursing field.
